Education: BSc Human Nutrition and Dietetics (2014); MSc Public Health (2015).
Brief CV: In 2015, I did a MSc in Public Health and I was awarded a research scholarship. Then, I started my work in the Group of Nutritional Epidemiology (EPINUT-UMH), where I worked with different databases on polyphenols (antioxidant compounds). In November 2015, I started working as Research Assistant in the intervention study PREDIMED-PLUS, which I continue to work on.
